? ? Working principle of Roots blower: It is a dual rotor compression machine, with the axes of the two rotors parallel to each other. The rotor is composed of an impeller and a shaft, with small gaps between the impellers and between the impellers and the casing and wall panels to prevent mutual contact. The two rotors are driven by the prime mover through a pair of synchronous gears, rotating at the same speed in opposite directions. With the mutual meshing of the two impellers (assuming their blades are in contact with each other), the inlet and outlet of the blower are not directly connected, and the inkjet is enclosed by the casing and wall panels, forming a closed elementary volume whose size does not change during rotation. For the convenience of transportation, small fans can be directly packaged and transported.
